This place was pretty bad, built with the cheapest materials on the market. The windows leaked very badly and the maintenance staff was never able to fix the problem. Our toilet broke and they didn't fix that, either. My husband finally went to Home Depot, got the parts, and fixed it himself. The stereo bass from the neighbors above and aside of us was intolerable as was the bass from the neighbor across the breezeway - they used to play theirs at 5:30 in the morning. Ridiculous. The upstairs neighbor did her aerobics every morning at 6 AM - boom, boom, boom through the ceiling every day. It sounded like she was going to come through the ceiling. There were dog droppings everywhere on the property - what a shame, too, because the landscaping was so nice. And the maintenance people didn't do their part by cleaning the collection cans in the dog walk areas. The bins to put the doggie dirt were always overflowing and nasty. The smell in the dog walk areas in the summer was staggering. There were never enough parking spaces so people were parking wherever they felt like it. Many of the lights that illuminated the parking lots and buildings were burned out, making the place look worn-out and dark at night. We lasted here a year, then left. Never again.
