Horrible manager to deal with

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2002
 
I lived there for more than 2 years and the way Manager treats us is horrible. Some of their staff are real good. Their maintenace policy is good. They are more interested in new getting the new customers and they have horrible renewal policy which will always keep on increasing for each renewal
