everything was fine, till you want to move out

I enjoyed the apartment complex while living there. It was clean, safe and resonably quiet. The management staff was somewhat distant and didn?t seem to care, with a few exceptions (mainly the lower level people). When I went to move out, I gave my 60 day notice (which is WAY too much required advance notice) and eveything seemed fine. I went to schedule the move out inspection and was informed they must do it during the weekday, no nights or weekends. I work a regualr job and was not going to take vacation for this. So they inspected the place without me and ended up charging me for several things that were not messed up. I had taken very good care of the place and cleaned the apartment very well upon moving out. I didn?t leave any trash or extra stuff either. Basically, they ruined my opinion of them in one instant. I felt they were trying to take advantage of me, knowing that I was moving out and they were not getting anymore of my money.
