My last apartment in Overland Park was the horrid Whispering Hills apartment complex just down the street from this one. I had nothing but a horrible experience with them and voiced my opinion. So, I feel obligated to now voice how happy I have been with AMLI at Lexington Farms. The maintance staff is nice and efficient, the scenary is great, the tennis courts, swimming pools, and other amenities are in great condition and the apartment is top notch. I have read concerns about AMLI screwing people out of their deposit and will make sure that when I move out I will be there when they conduct the walk through. So far management has been very friendly and even though they are a big corporation, they really seem to care. Plus, the AMLI Connect is a great website that really aided in the moving process.
