My husband and I lived there a year and after 4 months we couldn't wait to move out. We paid our rent on time, we are quiet people, and were friendly to our neighbors. Parking is horrible and when people park around fire zoning the mangement could care less about our safety and the safety of our cars. The college kids below us sold drugs and were out on the balcony at all hours of the night screaming at anyone to walk by. When I would leave for work at 5:45am they would still be out there. All they told us to do is call the police. People would park in Carports with out paying so those who pay too much were wasting thier money. They wont tow they won't put out warnings. They don't care. When they asked us to renew our lease we brought our problems to them again and they told us it isn't a problem for them. They were nothing but rude to us from that day forward. We found an apartment elsewhere. Our heater and airconditioner never worked right and the electric bill was over $150. I called maintenance to fix the flooring that was peeling up in my kitchen. I was watching a little boy at the time kept tripping and hurting himself there. So they put tile ontop of what peeled up and than they put new tiles on top of that. I finally gave up. We owed for carpet when we left which was stained so I'm ok with that. It was just a high price for very cheap carpet.
