My husband and I moved here about nine months ago. So far everything has gone really well. We can't hear any of the neighbors (good sound proofing). They are very pet friendly, which makes the apartments more like a home. The apartments are very large for the price. We have found Regan in the office VERY helpful since we first met her while looking for a place. The fitness center is nice, but could use some free weights. It would also be nice if the pool was cleaned daily. The pool isn't gross or anything, but could be cleaner. Could use lighting in the back of apartments that don't face center of community. We would renew our lease if we hadn't started jobs in other parts of KC.
