We've only lived here a short time but the neighbors are noisy and nosy, the walls are paper thin and someone watches you like a hawk. If your dog makes a mess, you better pick it up in a hurry or you'll get a nasty threatening letter. For those of us who do pick up after our pets and get reprimanded it isn't fair. There are many who don't pick up after their pets, the grounds proove it. Maintenance requests have been done in a timely manner but not fixed correctly at times. For the price, I would have hoped to have better sound proofing and nicer staff in the office. I wouldn't reccomend this place for the price. The space in the apartments is nice but the kitchens are a joke, there is barley any counter or cabinet space. There isn't a screen door to the balcony door so what good is it'
