Moved in during the middle of summer. Impossible to keep the apartment cool even with the A/C running constantly. Air vents appeared to be blocked and restricted. Carpeting and slats were damaged and dirty on the day we moved in. Always got the runaround from the office staff on multiple issues and maintenance requests.

- Thin walls allowed us to hear all of the constant noise from neighbors on multiple sides.

- Extremely poor insulation.

- Weight room isn't lighted enough and is too cramped and crowded at peak hours.

- Pool always had a lot of family and kids playing around. Water was constantly dirty with limbs, bugs, etc.
