I've lived in the apartment complex for a year and everything is fine. I have a one-bedroom aparment with wooded view, really nice. you can see all kinds of birds, squirrels in the woods.

I have no noise problem, all my neighbors are very quiet, no slaming door, no loud music.

Garage is a problem, I was put on the waiting list when I reserved the aparment, and waited for 9 months to get my garage. Same thing for carport, so get prepared to park your car under the sun and in the snow.

Maintenance is OK, they will come and fix broken things within 48 hours or you live free. but roof is not included, I experienced a leaking roof last July, the leaking made my bathroom wet and slippery. waited for almost 3 weeks to get it fixed. When I asked my rent back for the 3 weeks, was told it was not covered.
