Been here quite awhile, although I do have some complaints. I guess things aren't horrible or I'd move out. Here we go. I'm dismayed to hear about the problems people have had with moving out, that's never a good sign.

In the office, Martha is pretty nice but I agree with the person who said if you get on their bad side, "watch out." Especially Stacy, watch and see how smily and (phoney) pleasant she is if a new or perspective tenant (or another employee) is nearby. If no one is around, then forget it. From afar the pools look nice, flowerbeds, etc., but they do not clean them enough. Lots of bugs, band aids, cigarettes oh yes and BUGS. Please, someone get on this.

The quality of the fixtures in the apartments leave a lot to be desired - peeling cabinets, fixtures that protrude and pull out of the wall, floors that separate and bubble, oh yes and THIN walls, especially in bathrooms. If you're unlucky enough to have an apartment near the trash - yikes. Many times I've driven by to see it absolutely overflowing beyond belief.

Repair guys are okay, it's hit and miss on the quality and timeliness of the job. I've had them replace something only to find that they've replaced with another broken item. Also agree with where you're located, some areas are less congested and better kept than others. Overall I'd say there are a lot of places in the surrounding area equal to Lexington Farms but there seem to be some that are more upscale and well-kept. If they have a nicer management team as well then I'd say it's worth it to look around. Maybe I'll get it together soon to do just that.
