I lived there for a year and only moved out because my roommate was moving out of state an I couldn't afford a one bedroom. Although they did seem a little cold at first, the whole staff was really nice and knew a lot about me and my roommate (our names, where we worked, etc) which made me feel welcome. They had a lot of social events (pool party with a band, resident appreciation week, back to school party). They even called around to different AMLI's when I was moving out to see if they had anything available and what deal they could give me. And when we did move out they were nice and snuck us some paint to prime a couple walls we had painted so we wouldn't have to buy it.

They also sprayed inside the apartments for bugs every so often and kept the property clean and well maintained. I hardly heard my neighbors. The only thing I could hear was kids laughing in the bathroom below me every so often but it wasn't enough to bother me. Other than that I never heard my neighbor next door, below me, or above me (and they had a dog running around).

The only things I can complain about are that there is only one trash bin for the whole property so it did get full sometimes but maintinance was pretty good about getting that resoved quickly. It would also suck if you didn't live close to it. Parking is VERY tight! If you come home late or go out later its hard to get a spot close to your building. But that is really the only thing I can say that I hated about the apartment.

Overall I had a great experience and would move back in a heartbeat.
