I've lived here for a year and haven't had any issues. Any maintenance requests were taken care of promptly. Some nights all of the four spaces in front of my apartment were taken, but I always found a spot just across the way. I'm getting ready to move out which I expect to be smooth.

I live here as well. I have not had a problem with the maintenance as well. Also, I love the grouds; they are so pretty.
