I just signed my second 1-hr. lease at this complex and wouldn't move for anything. In terms of amenities, layout, location, grounds, staff, and pet policies, it suits me perfectly. People reading these reviews need to remember that there's such a thing called subjectivety. My apartment is extremely quiet, luxurious, and huge! My view is out the back facing a large green expanse with manicured landscaping. Whenever I've needed maintenance it's been addressed immediately and 100% to my satisfaction. In terms of office staff I have been very satisfied, especially with Faith. If you had a bad tour you may want to ask yourself if you walked into this complex with an attitude yourself. It's in an affluent area surrounding Leawood and you may have had a slight chip on your shoulder walking in. Just a thought. I would recommend this community or any other Amli property to anyone searching for an apartment. If you want thoughtful finishes, a separate dining roon, coffered ceilings and gigantic bathtubs and patios, this should be a place you look. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I also live here and recently had a chat with Faith after she left a note on my door about parking. I called her to discuss that there isn't enough parking, so some days I had to park in a unused covered parking spot. I told her that I am not going to pay for a spot when they should have enough spots for the amount of apartments they have. She said that if I do not pay for a spot, I HAVE to park in a spot. I told her there weren't any that are open at night, so I would have to park several buildings away, if I am lucky. At this point she seemed to get an attitude with me, so I ended the conversation. Needless to say, when my lease is up in a few months, I am going to leave and find a better place that isn't so highly priced; I'm sorry, but $700 for a one bedroom 690 SF place? Rip off if you ask me.

I definitely did not walk into that apartment place with an attitude. Anyone looking to move is in a great mood looking for a new place to decorate and call their own. I am glad that Faith has been good to you but that doesn't mean that she is like that with everyone. Until you have been in the same situation do not judge people!
