I've lived here over 6 months - content with this apartment as a temporary dwelling, and will probably renew the lease. Though, this place is nothing special given the price.
Safety is the biggest issue. Cars driving through this complex top 30 mph (posted speed limit is 10 mph). At night there are many areas that are poorly lit, so definitely wear reflective clothing if walking anywhere after dark. I'm suprised that no kids or pets have been hit by cars.
Poor insulation in the buildings means high utility bills during the cold months. Noise is also an issue, but thats life when you live in an apartment. I will say that maintenance is quick to respond and does a great job of fixing things.
