Terrible Management

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX!!!
This complex could be a very pleasant atmosphere if their property manager, would have made any attempt to be pleasant with myself and my roomates. They have still not repaired a foot-width hole extending completely through our balcony floor after promising 4 months ago to do so within a month. The maintenance work is performed extremely slow and often does not repair the problem or causes another. Our electric/gas bill doubled in one month and the management refuses to help pay the bill although two appliances that were furnished in the apt had to be repaired.
