Overall Good Experience

My roommate and I have had an overall good experince here. The landscape is very beautiful and the necessities, when broken, do get fixed within 1-2 days.



Our balcony appears unsafe. We were told that it would be fixed within a few months after we moved in. We have been here about 10 months now.



The office staff do dress like they are going out to a nightclub, even if it is 9 AM on a cold winter day.



But in general the ammenities are nice and the residents seem friendly.
