Poor management, no respect for tenants

This complex has extremely poor management. The manager is only there for one thing, and that's to make money. If anything is broken, it takes an act of congress to get it fixed the correct way, instead of just patched. Maintanence is great, given the opportunity to fix things the correct way. Buildings are run down, and poorly built. Property is filled with complainers. Management is very one-sided, her side.
