NEVER MOVE INTO APSEN LODGE. If something breaks, plan on getting it fixed maybe in the next 5 or 6 months. I had a hole in my shower because the sheet rock rotted out and they didn't come to fix for a month. We had a major spider problem in our apartment and they acted like it was normal. Both my roommate and I had spider bites shortly after we moved in. The management team in the office dresses like sluts everyday of the week. They look like they are going out on a Friday or Saturday night everyday. They don't look professional at all and nobody can trust them or even think that they are responsible. They go round and round with you about everything. They can never give you a reasonable answer about any of your questions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM, BUT IF YOU WOULD HAPPEN TO, MAKE SURE YOU GET THEM TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN THE LEASE BECAUSE WHEN YOU GET READY TO MOVE OUT THEY WILL GET YOU FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVE. ESPECIALLY MAKE THEM EXPLAIN THE 30-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE BEFORE YOUR LEASE ENDS OR THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE EXTRA DAYS AND IT ISN'T CHEAP. I could go on and on, but I think that you get the drift. DO NOT RENT FROM ASPEN LODGE.
