Good location, better value than most in JOCO. Over two years, never a problem. Every place gigs you for $$. It?s a business. Based on comments I?ve read, perhaps some of the female tenants didn?t get along with the female management. I?d say construction is normal for the age - there should be a ?built ok? category. You can get newer, but you pay 200-300 more per month.
ps: Once you get around the country, you realize, spiders and ants here, in OK/TX, spiders, fire ants and scorpions, except for Houston where you get roaches the size of little smokys... I'll take the little spiders and 'nice' ants here anyday.
