03/08/2004 Good place to live, good value for the money.
The place has gone downhill fast. They are painting the place, however my toilet has gone un-repaired for 3 months now. I'm a pretty laid back guy but this is reidiculous. Now we have people with kids who are not being supervised so you need to watch out or you'll have scratches on your cars and God knows what else. Complaints, about the brat kids, their ignorant parents and the lack of maintenance has not worked.
