Property is under new and poor management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I recently moved out because of the poor management over the past year and because it is obvious they are not fixing anything or doing any upgrades. The property was well maintained, and the staff was professional and very attractive. Obviously some of the residents were ill-informed of the previous manager and why she left. She "resigned" and now I can see why, the place is not what it used to be!!
