I do not reccomend anyone ever move here.

We had a leak at one stage where there was literally 2 inches of water all over the floor. I called and told them we had a leak and was trying to tell them how bad it was. The resonse' "Yeah, ok, whatever" and then they hung up on me! We finally got it fixed after a solid couple of days of standing in water.

Our first winter it was freezing cold all throughout the house, no matter if the heater was on. The rooms are NOT insulated. We told the manager of the complex and she told us it was our problems. That if we wanted it insulated to go out buy the stuff and do it ourselves, or to just shut up and stick a blanket in the window! The blanket froze ------- solid!

We are now getting threatning eviction notices because we have a stuffed animal on the windowsill and a small sports team pennant in the window! How ------- insane is that!'

SPIDERS! If you love them to death, then by all means, move on in! Currently we are squashing more then 5 a day. The storage shed currently is overrun with them, and there are several egg sakcs on the walls and doors, as well as god knows how many baby spiders floating about in there. There are also mice in the storage area.

The management dont seem to give a rats ass about anyone who lives here. One in particular is VERY rude on a regular basis.

I dont reccomend this place at all.
