the managment started great, then things went down, we put our own salt down in the winter, each hallway is given a bag. there is a huge bee hive in at least one bush both of my dogs were stung they didn't seem to care about the bill the bee hive is still there 8 mo later, lookin forward to warmer weather!!! there are spiders, i haven't had too many encounters heard bad things though. my carpet was stained, nearly impossible to clean or keep clean. the porcelin is patch painted. the walls aren't straight. and yes the rooms shake when you walk across them. but they are very big thats mostly why that happens. overall not that impressed in the end. i have an annoying neighbor and they just say to call the cops now
