Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We've beein living here since February 2006 and we've had a good experience. The apartments are VERY spacious for the price you pay. The service is excellent! Tessa has been nothing short of teriffic in everything she's done for me and my husband. We recently asked to possibly switch to another apartment (to get a three bedroom)and Tessa was awesome about getting us in ASAP to view an empty one. The maintenance staff is great. The only problem we've really encountered is occassionally we get spiders; but hey, that's a problem most complexes have when the weather changes. But we called and the same day he was up in our apartment with sticky spider traps and gave us suggestions that might help the problem.
It's our first home and we've had a great experience!
