I used to feel like this about aspen lodge...
I have lived in aspen lodge since 2005, and have had a great experience. The staff are friendly. The grounds are constantly kept clean. The parking can sometimes suck, depending on what building your in. I think the pool is also way to small for the community size. But the rent is great for the neighborhood, and the location is close to everything. I have lived in a one bedroom here, and have recently upgraded to a 2 bedroom. One great thing about this complex is the patios, for those who enjoy to sit outside. They also have a great fitness room. I am looking for another palce though, only because my fiance, son, and I need a house. But aspen lodge is great, ecspecially if this will be your first aprtment.
This is how I feel now though...

I would like to take back somthings I said about aspen lodge... the parking really does suck, and if you have to park in the covered parking area they will put a huge ------- sticker on your car window ( the sticker sucks to get off)Also last summer my locked up car got stolen from the parking lot, and they did nothing about it. Since the new mangement, and maintenance people started the partment has sucked. I wish I would have not resigned my lease with them. BUt once you sign a lease it is hard to get out since you have limited time to look for a new palce before they they threaten to jack up your monthly rent if you don't resign with by a certain date ( which is usually 2 months beofre your lease is up) I hate this place now...but I guess all apartments suck
