I've lived at Aspen Lodge for a year and really love it here. I have a one bedroom apartment and its a great size for the money. My utilities have always been low even though I live on the end of the building (i always shut off the a/c and heat while I'm at work though). The 3 maintenance requests I've put in have been dealt with promptly. I submitted an online request around 11pm on Sunday night b/c my garbage disposal stopped working and before lunch on Monday it was fixed. It stopped working again, but when I called, Nate came and replaced it immediately. When I moved in I discovered that one set of blinds would not fold up properly and they replaced it that same day. The staff is SUPER friendly, they always greet me by name when I'm in the office and they love my dog too. One of my favorite things is that each tenant with a carport has the authorization to tow if someone uses your space, but I've never had to use it since no one has done it to me. Where I live is quiet and there have never been issues with other residents. Another thing I like is all the stuff they do for the residents like having a drive-thru breakfast, playing monthly games for $$ off rent, etc. I've lived in several other apartments and these are by far my favorite. I seriously don't think you could find a better deal for the money. If I had to give a negative it would be that my kitchen has very little counter space and the dishwasher isn't super but for $589/mo thats a perfectly acceptable compromise. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
