Hello:) I know most people will assume my opinion is biased but it?s really not. I have lived at Autumn Park since 1998.Autumn Park like all communities has had it?s share of problems however,I have been very happy. Everyone should know in this line of business like any you lose employees. Some residents are just nasty and rude-lazy. It is not at all possible to take care of everything in one day. Think about it, if everyone lived like they should and treated other people?s property like it was their own apartment living would be perfect. The management company does care. The office staff is wonderful. Maintenence is very prompt now. This is all due to the committed staffing that is there.When you have 1, 2, and three bedrooms on a property that is not brand new, im sure at times the parking does get hectic. And please remember something, crime does not have a zip code. I have had my car broken in also, I didn?t call the office blaming them.They didn?t do it.When you own a home and have neighbor problems or car theft problems, (What) do you blame everyone in a 10 mile radius' You can?t just move when your lease is up.Remember, you are sharing 4 acres of land with 500-700 other people,things will not be perfect and people will get on your nerves. But at the end of the day if I have any problems in my apartment,I can call the office and am always greated by a kind, friendly,caring voice. Thank you:)
