I moved to Autumn Park in December of 2001. I loved this apartment complex. The staff was friendly and generally concerned about the residents.. I moved to Autumn Park when I was 7 months pregnant with my first child.. The staff was supportive of my pregnancy and even marbled over the wall paper border I used to decorate the babies room. Whenever we had a maintaince issue the staff was immediately on it wheter it be day or night. Unfortunately, 3 days after my daughter was born we were forced to moved out of state. We cleaned our apartment in what seem like a rucus.. I just had a baby and didn't want to move.. So I can't say we left the place damage but I know we could have done a better cleaning job..The staff was understanding and returned our entire cleaning deposit. I would moved back to Overland Park,Kansas-- Autumn Park in a heart beat. This is one the of the best apartment complexes for your money. The apartments are clean, freshly painted, newer carpet. I love Autumn Park!
