Ghetto Living! High Prices!

I lived here for two years. Moved out becasue it is so ghetto! There are some apartments where 25 people walk out of and load themselves into a work tuck in the morning. Its out of control. Polka music is constantly blasting in the parking lots, beer bottle sare everywhere.
The staff is average at best. It seems they can't keep anyone here long, so when I complain its like starting ALL OVER. SOme of the staff has been down right scary over the past two years too.
The rates are just as high as anyone elses but you don't even have a washer and dryer and the laundry rooms are constantly disgusting and scary considering all of the gobs of residents loitering around. Old apartments with creaky windows too.
