I am the Manager at Autumn Park and am both concerned with and appreciative of some of the comments I have seen on this posting. I'd like to state that it is very important to myslef and everyone on the staff that each and every one of our resident's is well serviced and happy while living at our community. We are constantly upgrading and recently replaced all of the laundry room floors and had them painted as well as replaced several windows. In the near future, a sound proof barrier will be built at the far side of the property to block out any highway noise. Our maintenance staff is held to high standards and routinely services our residents on the same day they report a problem, except in the rare circumstance that a part needs to be ordered in. Our maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends, to attend to any emergencies that arrise. Turnover in staff is sometimes necessary, but not routine. We have several long term employees within our company. We strive to employ highly skilled individuals that will contribute to our community in a positive way. Problems that arise are addressed immediately. In addition, we participate in the Overland Park Police Department's Crime Free Multi-Housing Program and contract Kansas City Patrol Services (available to our residents at any time after hours). Our community will continue to be upgraded and service maintained at an exceptional level. I encourage anyone who has had problems to contact me. I also encourage anyone reading this to visit our community and see for yourself how commited our staff is. Our resident's are our #1 priority, and that won't change.

It's not a bad idea to proofread for grammatical and spelling errors. Do not sit there and lie about maintenance fixing things ASAP. There are hardly any parts that need ordered but it seems that there are. The only way you fix things is by painting over them or hiring cheap aliens to do the work. The laundry rooms are disgusting and rip you off. I've had more than a handful of problems with you guys in the short time I've lived here. I can't even believe I'm paying for this piece of junk. Yes, Autumn Park Apartments are older apartments- but they have no upkeep. Everything is halfway done- if you're lucky. Otherwise waste more of your money and fix everything yourself. The neighbors are lowlifes and the staff uneducated, this you can tell right away.
