Hello, I also work at the Autumn Park office and I feel that this property is a great place to live and is affordable. The grounds are always kept up, maintenance issues are taken care of and overall, the complaints and foul comments are generally exageratted. All properties have problems, and I will not dispute this, but we do our best to accomodate all of our residents. The model is also not a tool to fool future residents into leasing here. We do move in inspections and are fully confident that the apartments are in top condition before moved into. One more note is that our screening criteria is actually very indepth. We do background, credit, and rental history checks before anyone is allowed to move in. Please be courteous when using this website, it is here as a tool for us to improve ourselves, not as way for past residents to vent negative thoughts about this property.

Has anyone noticed that the only positive comments here come from the staff? Of course they are biased...not giving an accurate account of what this place is REALLY like.

There no lighting in the parking areas. the hallwall smalls like garlic, to cover up the dope smell. I am sorry but the negative thoughts are true.

I haven't read one negative comment that wasn't completely true, the sad thing is that truth about this place is so horrible there is no room for exageration or embelishment as this staff member suggests.
