I would not reccomend Autumn Park. I recently moved out of there after two years. Everything about this place is disgusting and poorly maintained. I reget the fact that I wasted so much time in this place!

Here's an overview - my apartment was infested with roaches. Sleeping there was like sleeping in the middle lane of the highway. The windows are so thin that you can hear everything. Not to mention the fact that my last gas bill was almost $200! When I told the office about this, they told me to buy plastic sheeting for my windows. It was so cold in my son's bedroom that he couldn't even sleep in there. What a joke!

Forget about emergency maintenance. If you call, they won't respond, and if they do, they sound drunk and don't fix the problem anyway. I went several days without heat this past winter.

Speaking of winter, if you don't have a four wheel drive, then forget it. Whoever did the snow removal blocked my car in and I had to miss a day of work because of it.

Last, but not least, if you love the smell of curry and peppers...live here! I couldn't even leave my apartment without inhaling that nasty smell. Even more sickening, the carpet in my hallway was patched with duct tape. And, forget about their laundry center. Most of the time, the machines don't work or there is some strange man lurking in the basement. I stopped doing my laundry there afer I found a used condom in my load of clothes.

Overall, I would not reccomend Autumn Park. Remember the old saying of buyer beware: You get what you pay for!!!!
