I have lived at Autumn Park for almost 4 years now and I have to say that the new staff (been here about 3 months) is wonderful! They are working really hard to overcome all the problems that were created by the previous staff, they are always friendly, professional and willing to help in any way they can. Currently they are remodeling everything! The hallways, the balconies, repainting the outside and much more.I will be the first to admite that things did not used to be very good but the improvment is dramatic and I would suggest to anyone that is looking for a good place to live that is very affordable to give Autumn Park a try!!

I totally disagree. The new staff is full of crap. Nothing gets done and they are full of empty promises!

I also disagree. Mainly because no one could have possibly tolerated this rat-hole for almost 4 years! Hate to say it, but I am afraid that once again, the managment has come on here again in an attempt to church up the place. For our community's sake, I sure hope that's not the case.

I believe the management is setting this place up for disaster. The maintenance is friendly and I see a groundskeeper outside all day long, but the manager seems lazy. Although the outside may look better, the inside is a disaster. Dont come here!
