Well it seems, the office staff can't keep employees for a long period of time. The bad ones leave fast and the good ones leave eventually. It seems the office has no idea how to handle employees. They hired some old guy for maintenance and he's slower than a 40 year old turtle. They had a young man who seemed to be working hard and a groundskeeper who was also working hard. But about 3 weeks after they hired the old guy the younger man is no longer here. I think they set themselves up for disaster. They put a low budget paint job on the facility and the hallways cheap plywood and cheap stain. Ghetto living at high prices. The city should bulldoze this property and build new apartments with a different management company running it. I agree, no respectable employee could stand this nasty rundown place. As for bulldoze, after my lease I second that notion!

hell, yes this place is the worst, please do not move here the staff is rude if you have something they say they yell at you back they write you up for everything and let other people get by with it. The road going thru makes it worst with the noise and have reported lights out and they do nothing I hope no ones gets raped or car stolen you will be out of luck

looky looky, sounds like atumn park has its hands full. I hope the changes are for the better but your facts are wrong. Your apartments suck, your staff sucks and your management company sucks. Good luck because you will need all the luck in the worl to make this place better.

They have changed management several times over the years as well as names of the property. We lived there eight years ago, and I could not get out of there fast enough. I'll bet section eight housing would be a better experience then living at this dump. Trust me if management is no better now and IT was bad then there is no hope for this place!!!
