Please do the right thing and stay far away. We overheard the new management talking in the office about how stupid the tenants are. The manager if you want to call her that is Kimberly Gonzalis. She doesnt even live in the complex or in the City of Overland Park. She needs to be fired!!

I can't wait to move, my lease is up soon and they wanted me to sign again no way!!!! They ripped up the carpet in the hall way a month ago and it still has not been replaced. Yea Kim is a real work of art, white trash. They want to renew your lease and raise it a $100.00 and NOland does not care, believe me they don't even return calls. Top it they want a detail of what is going on in the apt including your childs ss number no way!!!!!!
