I am currently a resident at Autumn Park apartments and I will be moving as soon as my lease ends. The property is very poorly maintained inside and outside. (smelly hallways, lights not working, trash all over the place) It takes days to get anything fixed. My refrigeration has leaked since the day I moved in and they still have not fixed it. My carpets were torn and not clean when I viewed the apartment and were never cleaned or fixed as promised.
The staff is difficult to work with because there is never a staff person available when you go over to the office and they will not contact you back no matter how many times you try to reach them. Their only concern seems to be bringing in new tenants.
I don??t think it??s that they don??t care I believe the fault is in poor management overall.

So why did you give them a 2.0 rating? That's pretty generous. Surely with all the stories we have about them "promising" to take care of all the crap that was broken when we moved in (that "model apartment" scam is genius, isn't it?) we could get someone with some legal muscle to pay attention to us? I even have my "promise" in writing. This place needs to be bulldozed and the management need to go make french fries or clean toilets.
