I used to live at Autumn Park and my advice is go somehwere else. It seems like we've had problem after problem. First it was bugs EVERYWHERE (this is still a big problem). Then a pipe leaked and essentially flooded our hallway. Next our fridge stopped working, 3 times! The bathroom ceiling started leaking, and looks like its about to collapse in. Chunks of plaster have actually fallen of the ceiling, and it seems to be growing mold. Plus the place stinks.
I will credit Autumn Park and fixing many of the problems quickly, but this many problems to start with is ridiculous.
