I read thru some of the reviews here and i have to say..... THIS IS NOT A BRAND NEW LUXURY PLACE! I think some people get confused by what to expect, if you bought a car for $1500 would you expect it to look like a car you bought for $15000, its the same concept. I chose Autumn Park becuase the rent was very resonable for Johnson County and the staff was nice. I didnt expect NEW when I moved in. The apartment had fresh paint, was clean, and everything worked. That is all you can expect when your rent is as low as it is. I hope the people that wrote the nasty reviews really put some thought into this and also consider that its not the staffs fault that the property is 30 years old.

Who fault is it then if its not the staff's fault? The reviews are true. We had bugs the day we moved in here. You have only been here since the 16th. we been here for 3 months, and ready to move out.
