So how is this posting supposed to help me when I am looking for an apartment? I have no idea why you would not recommend this place, please elaborate!

Cockroaches, cockroaches, cockroaches! Also, car alarms and loud car stereos all night. Maintenence does help when they are fully staffed, which is rare. I have an entire bathroom that is not useable and I've called 13 times, so far. Also my air conditioning was out for 2 months before they came to fix it, at the end of September, when it really wasn't necessary. The rent is low for the area and the complex is beautiful, however, the living conditions are terrible. Good place to be if you are an illegal alien, as most of the tenants are. I hope this keeps you from making the same mistake that I did, thankfully my lease is up at the end of the month.
