Rent is really, really, really, reasonable for southern johnson county. The first thing that sold me about Autumn Park is the rent. I wanted to live in this area, but couldn't afford it! But their prices were very low compared to everyone else. I really love the location. My morning commute is only a couple of minutes (corporate woods). I think for what I pay, I have a very nice apartment. The maintenance guys are pretty speedy. I couldn't figure out how to light my fireplace, and with in a couple of hours of calling the office they were over to show me how. I have to say that this place is older than some, but I cant afford the newer apartments. So for my budget this was a very good choice.
