Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
Cockroaches, cockroaches, cockroaches! Also, car alarms and loud car stereos all night. Maintenence does help when they are fully staffed, which is rare. I have an entire bathroom that is not useable. Also my air conditioning was out for 2 months before they came to fix it. The rent is low for the area and the complex is beautiful, however, the living conditions are terrible. I hope this keeps you from making the same mistake that I did.
