Cheap for Overland Park - Still Get What You Pay For

I've lived in Autumn Park Apartments since Feb 2006. Upon first moving in I was given a 2 bed room apartment that I shared with a room mate from school. 'Student discount' was im guessing voided because I received it 'below market value' or some such crap. I later transfered into an 'upgraded' single bedroom apartment. Upon moving in I immediately notified the management that the HVAC unit was haveing problems where the fan would stay on constantly no matter what tempature or Auto/On setting it was set to. Then spring comes and I find out that the A/C doesn't function. On top of that, The unit came with a new washer and dryer unit, as well as new dishwasher and fridge which I was happy for but the dryer was missing a circuit breaker for the requiered 240 volts rendering both units virtually useless. All of these things have been reported but it has been OVER A MONTH now and NONE of them have been fixed. Im not sure but I think theres some 30 day law in Kansas that I need to be citeing here. Plumbling and landscape are great from where im at but I've been errouneously billed 5 separate times. They got rid of the lard ass running the main office and replaced her with an equally worthless anamorphic gellatanous mass 3 months ago and nothing has changed. Nolan realestate supposedly owns this gulag. Im staying away from anything that bears their name once my lease is up. Oh yeah, and you would think im in some 3rd rate mexican border town giveing the make-up of the majority of my fellow tennants. I swear they have like 8 kids living in a single unit - oh well, atleast their friendly - Cinco De Mayo was a blast - Cervasa por fa vor' Just remember that and you'll be ok. (unless you like air conditioning)

Wow...perhaps the writer of this post should concentrate on their own shortcomings...learn to spell anyone? Look the big words up in the dictionary, and perhaps you will be taken seriously. Good luck with that, although I am certain that nothing will change-someone can always lose weight, but you "can't fix stupid!"

Yes indeed, mispelling the word "gelatanous" totally discredits me. Wooptee friggin' do! While your out policeing the internet you might want to fix your multiple punctionation error's you douche. Since one typo totally discredits someone's statement. Perhaps you should concentrate on -your- own shortcomeings. Like, say, anoymously knocking peoples spelling over the internet. Hello? Spelling ----. How sad, don't you have anything else better todo? btw - probably Autumn Park staff.
Can't fix stupid? lol - that's too bad because I was just about to send you an invoice.
