Autumn Park Apartment complex was my very first apartment living on my own. I was very excited about the cheap rate I was getting due to all the construction in that area at the time the they were running dramatic specials. The outside of the buildings were not kept up, niether were the hallways.Inside my apartment was nice at first until my ac broke several times and i could NEVER get anyone out to fix it and when they did, a huge mess was made on my carpet and not cleaned up after the repair, that didnt even fix the problem. Staff had entered my apartment while I was at work and let my new kitten out of the apartment i came home to find my neighboor with my cat. After they repainted the interior halls, doors and exteriors of they buildings it was laughable. Paint was completely chipped off my balcony the NEXT DAY the interior floors were so poorly redone it looks as if they just put a few stained pieces of plywood on the floor and called it good. The laundry rooms are terrible it took me about 10 DOLLARS to dry 1 load of cloths. The neighboors smoked "something" very openly in their apartment on a daily basies. The smell was reported by several neighboors and the police "by mistake" would constantly knock on my door. Dimestic diputes were constanly heard coming from next door. My tires on my car were SLASHED twice in TWO WEEKS and on the THIRD WEEK about 10 cars were broken into. Everything of value was stolen out of mine and several other cars. Management did nothing but give my a free carport. I wanted to brake my lease because i no longer felt safe living there by myself ...no can do said the manager. It was a cute little apartment for a cheap price but it came with A HUGE COST!!!
