-Laundry room has one working dryer out of 8. There are 24 units (not people, units) who are supposed to use this dryer.
-Great workout room. No access to water/bathrooms/changing rooms (the door is there, it's just always locked).
-Very friendly staff. Rarely get anything actually DONE though.
-Lived here five months. Have had to fight about my bill every, single month.
-Even after fighting over my bill, I'm paying (on average) $100 more a month then they originally said I would.
It's not recommended unless you HAVE to live in OP and have no money.

Laundry rooms are being fully upgraded this year. We have had no control until now over their bad operation because we do not own them. Our bathrooms were being trashed so we closed off access to them. We now have security cameras so we have reopened access to those bathrooms. If your bill has been a problem please contact the manager because everyone pays the same bills and you seem to be the only one complaining about well documented paperwork which states all the bills and was most definitly signed by YOU.

I'm sorry, all I heard in the reply (not the original post mind you, but the reply to it) was "Blah blah blah, more excuses" You know...excuses are like buttholes -- everyone has one and they all stink.

All the bad reviews are very true, this place sucks. the management screws you. they fix things hafe way.
