At first my roommate and I were impressed by the friendliness of the front desk lady but were soon dissappointed by the apartment. The cockroaches are HUGE! There are spiders and rolly polly bugs. The ceiling in the bathroom and in the hall leaks, you have to hold down the toilet handle every time you flush and sometimes it doesn't flush at all, the cold water says hot and the hot water says cold. Also, it is warming up outside and we reported our air conditioning broken 4 weeks ago and it is still not fixed. It has been 78 degrees in our home almost that whole time. the lights in the main hall of the building are completely out a third of the time, which is very dangerous at night. The maintenance is incompitent and you will mostly be ignored.

We were ignored when we went in to the front office to view an apartment - not once, but twice. The front desk personnel are unmotivated and too lazy to get up and show apartments. Maybe they are afraid of the bugs!! There are other complexes in the same price range that are better. Take the time to check them out.
