IT IS ONLY FAIR TO UPDATE WHEN THINGS START TO IMPROVE.THEY MAY NOT BE IMPROVING FOR EVERYONE BUT FOR ME THEY ARE.MY WINDOWS HAVE ALL BEEN REPLACED.THE LIGHTING HAS BEEN UPDATED AND FIXED AROUND THE WHOLE PROPERTY.CAN WE SAY BRIGHT!JUST LAST WEEK A GUTTER COMPANY WAS HERE AND FIXED ALL THE GUTTERS.THEY HIRED A NEW LADY TO CLEAN THE ENTRY WAYS.SHE DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB.AND SHE CLEANS OFTEN.THERE ARE STILL THINGS THAT ARE IN NEED OF REPAIR.LIKE THE WOOD DIVIDERS ON THE PATIOS.IT LOOKS TERRIBLE ALL THE WOOD MISSING.I HAVE ALSO FOUND THAT IF YOU SIT DOWN AND DISCUSS YOUR ISSUES WITH THE MANAGER THINGS REALLY DO GET CORRECTED IN TIME.ALSO THE PICTURES THAT PEOPLE HAVE POSTED HERE WERE TAKEN BEHIND THE TRASH AND CARPORTS.IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE YOU SHOULD TALK TO SOME OF THE RESIDENTS.MOST PEOPLE YOU TALK TO LIKE IT HERE AND ARE SATISFIED.BUT THERE ARE ALWAYS A HANDFUL OF PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT HAPPY. AND YES I LIVE HERE! AND NO I DON'T WORK HERE!

I'm wondering how long ago it was you actually lived here?And yes I am a resident I moved here in April.There are plenty of people that live here and are very happy.Maybe the reason you were treated so badly was because you are such a HATER.It takes a lot of energy to hate that much.I congratulate you on your new life goal! You obviously must have a real shxxty boring life to dedicate so much of your time.Hmmm its interesting what a wuss you are. Can't use a name? You have to use anonymous? Close to highway and shopping." - TOO close to the highway, and they pinned me with so many extra charges I didn't have the money to go shopping "All my maintenance issues have always been takin care of within 48 hours. I had a dispute on some charges and they took care of it." - This is a TOTAL LIE. That, or you moved in 24 hours ago. They NEVER took care of any issue I ever heard of there within even a week! "I have never ever seen any roaches! Oh yeah and the little flying bugs, those are nats, who can control them." - Okay, just give it time. The roaches aren't going anywhere. Enjoy the pesticide for me. Plus, there are PLENTY of little flying bugs that ain't gnats...don't know how you could possibly make that assumption. "Lets see someone also commented on alot of spanish speaking residents. WTF! Are you prejudice' They pay there rent just like everyone else." - Yes, they probably paid double rent actually from the front office trying to rape them. This joint probably leased to illegals just to keep the place filled. The person who commented about Spanish speaking residents didn't complain about anything except for the 40 vacant/abandoned cars out in the parking lot...and yes, we all wished they weren't there! "If there were alot of black people, would you complain about that?" - There are black people as well, further disproving your "person who made the Spanish comment must be racist" theory. "The only complaint I have is the laundry rooms need to be updated." - Join the half-a-decade long waiting list. "I am very thankful i moved here and very glad i didn't believe all the negative comments that people have wrote." - Which makes you either A) very naive B) a tenant for not that long, or C) management once again trying to spray perfume on a turd. Forget it. It'll never happen. Not on my watch. I get an e-mail every time there's a new comment here, and you best believe I was treated so horrendously at that place that I'm going to continue refuting any positive comments for many, many, many years to come.

No way, no way on Earth - This is that fat ---- in the main office wondering why the only people dumb enough to rent this gulag out are non-English speaking resident's. They can't read the reviews on here yet, but don't worry I hear AR is working on that. I'd trust Anonymous more than "ldydragon39" simply from past experiances. -------- propaganda from Nolan Realestate. Do they pay your fat uneven ass do go online and market your crap apartment?
