I had originally written a decent review about this place, but now 6 months later my opinions have completely changed. Avoid this place at all costs. Don't even bother looking at an apartment. After moving on to a new complex that is a thousand times better than this craphole, and having to deal with them while trying to finish up my lease, I can confidently say I would absolutely never live in this place again, even if my life depended on it.

Buildings are old and ------. Clearly nothing has been done to them in a long long time. Lights are out, paint is peeling, balconies look like they are about to fall off. Bugs are in the walls (you can hear crickets chirping constantly), carpet isn't properly put down, tile flooring is yellowed and stained, my front door was actually BENT. I'll mention the bugs again because they are so terrible. Spiders, crickets, roaches, you name it. The exterminators came a couple of times during the year, but the last time all they did was come in and ask 'Do you have any pests'', walk around for about 30 seconds then leave. Really top notch service. Maintenance guys are nice, but nice doesn't help fix stuff. I put in a maintenace request about my front door 3 times, and never was it fixed or replaced.

Staff is nice, but once again, nice doesn't get anything done, they are pretty much worthless. Good luck trying to give notice to vacate and leaving to go somewhere else at the end of your lease. They will try to keep charging you for rent and screwing you out of your money, and then when you call and leave multiple messages trying to figure out whats going on, they won't call back.

The pool is disgusting. I've never felt so gross being in a pool in my life.

People let their kids run around all by themselves, all over the complex and the surrounding areas. That's a good idea, there are some real top notch parents here. I mean, 4 years old is old enough to be by yourself in an area full of shady looking people, right'

My carpet smelled like cat piss they day I moved in and no matter how many times I steam cleaned it, it still does. I'm sure they will charge ME for it though.

They try to make the gym look nice by having a flat screen TV in there, but guess what' That TV hasn't been hooked up to cable since day one. And be careful running on a treadmill in there; if both are going at the same time, sometimes the power will suddenly shut off and you will nearly break your neck from the belt stopping so fast.

I may be rambling, but there's just too many awful things about this place to even have them be put into organized thought. All I can say is stay far far away from this disgusting, old, outdated piece of garbage.

Amen this place is not worth living in. This place sucks. maybe the managers should read some of these reviews. they never answer the phone when you call, you have to call back and back and back then maybe you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone. We have a dashwasher they say is nothing wrong with it but it links all over the place, we have light bulbs that keep buring out, and they say there is nothing wrong with them, you put a light bulb in and 10 mins later its burned out.
