I currently live here but will be moving out soon. The windows and doors leak cold air in the winter, its like living outside. The maintaince and management lack common sense. I'm surprised they are in the positions they are in. There have been over a dozen reported break-ins in the summer alone. They are cheap but not worth the idiocracy of the staff you have to put up with. They are dirty, not well maintained, old apartments. Spend the extra $100 and live in a quality apartment in the same area.

Well let me tell you.. Embarrassed to say I worked there not that long ago and yes u are right. The one thing I would say is the manager is so damn lazy and wont get off her lazy ass to do anything. What a joke. I continued to try and hope she would improve the nasty apartments and even maybe stick a decent air freshener in the model but that was like pullin teeth. Those apartmarts are the nastiest things ive ever seen but what do u expect for 400 dollars. The company itself has the highest turn over anyone in the apartment industry has ever seen so no wonder the properties suffer. I was lucky enough to come to my senses and realize I myself have too much pride to work for a trash property. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to that place. They have spiders.. Roaches... Really bad ceiling leaks... See I know all this because I worked at the dump. They wondered why we weren't leasing... are they ----in crazy?? I know they will read this and I hope one day when u all get fired or quit like me u will realize what a ---- hole that place really was...hahaha

I think that Three Lakes apartments are great. I have lived here for 5 years now and the apartments are very nice. When I moved here the apartments were around 550 for a one bedroom. Im sure you could get in on a good special.

BustaRhymesBitch, you are so right about this place. Michell was the best, she was very nice, and tried to get things done but they would not listen to her. I am not sure what happed to her. everything that is said on theses reviews are very true. Can anyone recommend a better place.
