I lived in Bremerton Park for just over 1 year. Had to move since I lost my job.
Mary and her assistant are total pros at running the place. While I was there.. they replaced all the laundry facilities in the place with new equipment, repaved several walk-ways through the property and more. My service requests were swiftly responded to. Being a gated community is a nice extra safety factor. Many of the residents have been there for years. You don't experience the 3 young morons shacking up in a AMLI 1 bdrm. in Bremerton Park. There's a nice order to the place. The residents are some of them older, some of them working young kids (20-somethings), some professional 30s/40s too, some young families. Definitely one of the nicest places I've lived.. and I've lived in about 12 apts. since college. The price is superb and the experience is great. If you can get a 3rd floor place with the pitched ceiling, all the better. I think I heard this was one of the first complexes of its kind to be built in Kansas City.. a campus like layout like you see everywhere now. Well, I think they got it right when they built this place. So many newer places have the paper-thin walls that give you unwelcomed "theatre" 24/7. Not so at Bremerton Park. The way the apartments are built.. almost like a mountain-lodge.. there is quite a bit of separation between apartments.. nice luxury considering the price is so reasonable. Enjoy!
