I currently live in these apartments and I absolutely love the complex. It's beautifully landscaped and so quiet! I really don't like living in complexes that have a lot of children, and I can honestly say that since I've been here, I have seen maybe one or two, and they're still in the baby stage.

My apartment itself is great - 1100sq ft and all rooms have large sliding glass doors in them - great for keeping utility bills down. We get so might light, that we don't even turn on the lights until well after dark, and we're into summer now, and have yet to need our AC. The ceilings are lofted and the closets are huge, so we have room to put everything away and really look organized.

There are two reserved parking spots for my apartment, but there's tons of visitor parking that my friends use all the time, we've never had a problem. The only downside is that since the community is gated, I have to drive all the way around the complex to get back to my building. It's a small complex though, so not a big deal.

I've seen in a review that Mary can be a pain, but she's really just a no-nonsense type of person. I have a feeling that whoever had problems with her probably deserved it. Management has been wonderful, maintenance is always prompt, and we love living here!
